Lead Inspection Services
$75.00 for Visual Inspection; $16.00/sample for Dust Sampling
ABODE will perform the visual inspection of your property; upon a satisfactory inspection, samples will be taken from each living area of the property. All rooms with a wood window within it require two (2) samples; all rooms with replacement windows or no windows require one (1) sample. Upon completion of the laboratory analysis, ABODE will forward all required documents to the MDE on your behalf and send you copies of your lead report and lead certificate copies - the original for your files and the pink copy to provide your tenant upon occupancy of your unit.
For multiple unit property owners, ABODE offers a courtesy discount. For the first unit, the fee is $75.00 and for each additional unit the fee is $50.00. These fees are in addition to the fees assessed by the laboratory for lead dust sampling.
A field blank sample is required by the laboratory for analysis; the cost for this sample is $16.00.

Baltimore County Property Inspections
Property Inspections are $125.00. Buildings which contain multiple units are: $125.00 for the first unit and a discounted fee of $75.00 for each additional unit.
